Delivery Times
Orders are usually processed within 2-5 business days before shipping. Orders with more than 10 items may take 3-10 business days to fulfill.
The shipping countdown starts once the order status changes to "Accepted". For the first 24 hours, the order status will be "New" and changes can be made to the shipping address or the order can be canceled. However, once the status changes to "Accepted", the order is sent to our fulfillment team for processing and can no longer be edited or canceled.

International Shipping
- International Express: 2-5 business days* via FedEx - $14.99

Customs, Duties and Taxes
For international orders shipped outside of the U.S., customers are responsible for paying any applicable customs duties, taxes and fees levied by the destination country. These charges cannot be prepaid and must be paid by the recipient upon delivery.
When setting retail prices on our website, we try to account for potential customs fees based on the declared value of items, however actual customs costs will vary. To estimate duties and taxes, customers can use the shipping calculator on our site.
Product Restrictions
We aim to follow all regulations regarding prohibited or restricted items in the countries we ship to. However, customers are responsible for ensuring the products they order can be legally imported into their country. If an order is refused at customs due to restrictions, we are unable to offer a refund.
